We Service provides doorstep repair and maintenance for washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens, LED TVs, RO water purifiers, dishwashers and kitchen chimneys across Chennai and select nearby towns.
Our technician will provide a written estimate before beginning any repair. Work will only proceed once you approve the quoted cost. Prices for spare parts may vary based on the appliance brand and model.
All repairs and spare parts are covered by a 90-day service warranty, covering the specific issue repaired and the part replaced. This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after the repair.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking any time before the technician's visit by calling or messaging us. Repeated cancellations without notice may affect future booking priority.
While we take great care during every repair, We Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the reported fault, or damage caused by improper use of the appliance after our service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
