These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the We Service website and our doorstep home appliance repair services in Chennai. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
We Service provides doorstep repair and maintenance for washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens, LED TVs, RO water purifiers, dishwashers and kitchen chimneys across Chennai and select nearby towns.
All repair costs, including spare parts, are quoted upfront and require your approval before work begins. We accept cash, UPI and major payment apps at the time of service. Prices may vary depending on the appliance brand, model and the specific fault diagnosed.
Repairs carried out by We Service are covered by a 90-day service warranty on workmanship and the specific spare part replaced, unless otherwise stated at the time of service. This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after the repair.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the technician is dispatched. If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, the visiting charge will apply.
While we take reasonable care during every repair, We Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues arising from age or general wear of the appliance, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We Service is an independent appliance repair provider. Brand names such as IFB, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Bosch, Haier, Godrej, Panasonic, Voltas Beko, Faber, Elica, Kent, Aquaguard and others mentioned on this website are used only to indicate the brands we are experienced in servicing. We Service is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these brands, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance; actual pricing and repair outcomes are confirmed by our technician at the time of service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
